I'm Robin Wilder, the owner of Paint on Pottery Too,  I attended Textile Design School at North Carolina State and also VCU’s School for the Arts, and my daughter, Hannah, is a potter and 3D design major.  Amanda has a bachelor's degree in Visual Communications. We have experience and training in multiple artistic mediums, and are currently obtaining certification in glass design.  We also plan to introduce wheel throwing and clay hand building.

I'm the mother of five, and know how important it is to develop a child’s creativity, and how much adults need to maintain or discover their artistic side.  I am also  involved in the community, so Paint on Pottery Too raises money with fund raisers to aid local organizations.  Currently, a portion of every painted dog or cat bowl is donated to Heritage Humane Society.

Paint on Pottery Too is the only pottery-painting studio in the greater Williamsburg area.  It’s located at 4854-8 Longhill Road, phone 757-565-3500.  Hours are 11-10 Tuesday (Ladies’ Night), 11-6 Wednesday and Thursday, 11-10 Friday (Family Night), 10-6 Saturday, and 12-6 Sunday.  The studio is closed Monday unless it is a holiday or there is a special event.
